The touch panel tester independently researched, developed and manufactured by our company is a high-tech product integrating movement control, data collection, analysis and statistical technology, the core of which is the program of [touch panel control system] for testing. It has the advantages of strong function, simple programming, convenient operation and low price etc. It is applicable for CTP touch screen, infrared screen, complete machine manufacture (mobile phone and computer etc.) product research and development and product detection.

Features

  • The touch panel terminal manufacturer provides test software communication protocol of IC, i.e. it can acquire, analyze and count the click accuracy of infrared screen, sliding accuracy, sensitivity, coordinate jittering, point reporting frequency, response time and other performances; the customer provides the bottom communication protocol of touch screen digital-control IC, i.e. it can provide signal-to-noise ratio test. It is now compatible with some brand IC, such as Cypress, Atmel, Focaltech, melfas, pixcir, Elan, ledis, SSL, Avago, senteli, Hiamx, Synossys and Goodix, etc;
  • It meets touch panel accuracy test, jittering test, linearity test, sensitivity test, long-time sliding test and long-time click test;
  • Movement locus and test: convenient coordinate positioning function, it is only needed to take any three points in [instruction program] to generate movement lotuses such as circular and triangle, take any two points to mark a line and any four points to mark a rectangle and it can also store the movement lotus according to the program of test screen for the next calling;
  • Strong storage functions: as the test document is stored in the computer without limit of group number and test data, it is convenient for calling;
  • It can display the current coordinate values of X,Y and Z axis, motor driving speed and real-time position change etc. in real time;
  • Strong test software: the software is reserved with many test methods according to the common test methods of touch panel and customers only need to input the touch panel size W&L and select test method (such as accuracy test and linearity test) for test ,no need editing each time;
  • The cabinet made of with high-rigidity aluminum and the surface is subject to anodizing treatment;
  • X, Y and Z axis is driven with Japan Panasonic servo motor and transmitted with Japan THK precision ball screw and double THK Linear guide rail, with high speed, low noise and durability; with precise positioning, it has the repeated accuracy of 0.01mm, that is the best accuracy in the industry;
  • Software accurate positioning function: It can accurately position the test sample with points X1, X2 and X3; after the setting is stored for the first time, samples of the same specification do not need to be calibrated and positioned again with higher efficiency and accuracy;
  • Withdual-position turning test design, it can select vacuum absorption touch panel, accelerating test speed and saving panel change and clamping time;
  • The equipment structure is reasonable in design, which fully considers ergonomic operability with reasonable layout, minimizing the interference source.

Test Item

  • Meet various performance tests of CTP factory to the panels, change different communication protocol ports to rapidly realize the panel tests of different IC; meet complete machine tests of mobile phone and tablet computer etc., transmit the test data to computer software through WIFI for data acquisition, analysis and counting and generate PDF and EXCEL test reports;
  • Click accuracy test-multi-point click in any position of the test area according to different requirements of customers, test the position deviation of each point and support two-point click simultaneously to truthfully test the treatment capacity and accuracy of the product;
  • Marking linearity test-support many images such as parallel lines, vertical line, diagonal and circular arc to detect the linearity deviation of the product. It can set line distance, number and arc size at will within the test area and support more support methods such as two-point marking simultaneously and two-point circular marking to meet more accurate product representation characteristics;
  • Sensitivity test-it can set different marking locus to realize contact marking or non-contact marking, the height of touch pen to the product can be set and adjusted and the contact control height can be automatically found;
  • Coordinate jittering test-it can set many test graphs in the test area and read the data of each time for many times and calculate the deviation value;
  • Sliding reliability test: it can set many test graphs in the test area and sliding according to the specific time and sequence to judge whether there is line disconnection in test;
  • Signal-to-noise test: by multi-point click test of product, it can acquire the signal value acquired by IC and calculate the signal-to-noise ratio(support of IC protocol is needed);
  • Positioning frequency test-it can touch and control the product in central position of the test area and acquire data for many times to calculate the frequency for data to send data;
  • Response time test: click in any position of the test area and controls the touch panels and calculates the response time of product to support multi-point response time test;
  • Power consumption test: test the static and dynamic power consumptions of the product with high-accuracy miliwatt-level power test module; (support of IC protocol is needed);
  • With strong database function, it can rapidly analyze the collected data to realize linking of graph with data, and automatically generate various test reports. These reports may be changed according to the requirements of different users;
  • With software foolproof capacity, authorization setting and one-key test, it is easy in operation and can automatically judge PASS OR FAIL according to the set index (deviation value)after test.
